Beginner
Beginner is where everyone begins. This class serves as an introduction to pole dancing. In this session, you will learn the basics of pole work, including selected pole moves, terminology related to pole dancing and an introduction to floor work both around and on the pole.
Low Impact Flow/ Flow
Flow is a routine that focuses more on dance and floor work, incorporating alternative pole moves. To join this class, participants must be at least level 3. Low impact flow follows a similar concept but features less strenuous movements, making it accessible to students of all levels.
Burlesque
Burlesque dancing is a captivating theatrical performance that merges dance, music, comedy and playful humour. Often characterised as a cabaret-style variety show, this class will teach you a themed routine that includes a striptease as a key element.
Pole Precision
This class is designed to assist you in honing and perfecting your craft. You will have the opportunity to select the tricks you want to perform, and we will help you create a short combination based on your choices. throughout the weeks, you will learn the sequence and refine it to perfection. Each segment will be methodically reviewed, allowing you to master your moves and perform the complete sequence at the end of term.
Floor Play
Floorplay is a class that will truly challenge you! this routine is choreographed around floor work, featuring demanding rolls, flips and handstands. While the majority of the routine focuses on floor techniques, it may also incorporate pole or other prop elements. It's a fantastic way to develop core strength and coordination.
Static
It's all in the name! In all our other classes, the poles will spin for you, but in this class the challenge lies in dancing on a static pole. This is a fantastic opportunity to add a new skill & challenge to your pole journey. You will discover unique tricks specific to static pole, along with challenging floor work tailored for a static pole routine.
